Responsibilities
  • Assess the vehicle's damage to determine how to perform the restoration work.
  • Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained and used appropriately.
  • Handle company equipment with the same respect as personal tools.
  • Advise the Parts Interpreter of any additional parts required not originally quoted on the estimate.
  • Co-ordinate with other workers in the workshop to ensure the workflow is properly organized.
  • Notify of any product shortages which would restrict production.
  • Check the schedule daily to ensure time-frames are met.
Qualifications
  • Trade qualified.
  • Mechanical knowledge to assist in the usage and maintenance of tools.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Own tools to fulfil the role.

Requirements to Join
