Role: Educational Leader

Centre: Goodstart Pakenham – Exceeding centre

Employment Type: Permanent Full time

Pay: $40.88 - $42.03 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs
  • Deepen understanding of child development and early years content
  • Guide application of the Early Years Learning Framework and work with centre leadership to drive educational excellence

You'll need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Vic Working with Children Check
