We currently have opportunities for Full Time Accommodation receptionists to join our team in Cairns, QLD.

This position will assist with day to day running of accommodation and room booking functions and requires outstanding Customer Service and an intermediate level of computer skills with high level of data accuracy.

About You

• Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role
• Pleasant out-going personality and positive attitude
• Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable)
• Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Reservation Booking Systems
• Ensuring room information is up to date in real time
• Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded too
• Perform the daily accommodation and reception desk services
• Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames
• Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained
