What You'll Do- Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of SME and individual clients
- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, FBT, payroll tax and more
- Conduct tax planning and advise on business structures
- Identify workflow gaps, manage WIP, and meet personal and team KPIs
- Build strong client relationships with a value-add mindset
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team success
- 5+ years in public practice accounting
- Strong technical and compliance knowledge
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software
- A proactive, team-first approach
