About the Practice:

Our Bupa Dental Bracken Ridge practice is well known for cosmetic dentistry, implants, and general dentistry. We are a stable team seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist as we anticipate growth in patient numbers. Team dynamics are highly valued in our practice.

The Opportunity:

We offer a versatile, exciting, and rewarding casual role at our Bracken Ridge, QLD practice for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist:

  • Modern dental practice offering a wide range of treatments
  • Friendly, fun, and dedicated team
  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, and alternating Fridays and Saturdays
  • Located in a convenient shopping centre
  • Maintain excellent customer and team culture by providing outstanding patient service
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatments
  • Assist dentists chairside with quality support
  • Coordinate treatments
  • Sterilize instruments
  • Maintain infection control standards and procedures

You'll be:

  • Ideally have 1+ years of experience as a dental assistant
  • Possess a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
  • A motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Capable of building rapport with patients in a cheerful, approachable manner
