We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations Manager with expertise in office administration, property management, and hospitality. An experienced professional to oversee daily office operations, support business expansion by assisting in securing a new office property in QLD, and manage the performance of our existing operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Identify and implement improvements to office procedures, streamlining workflows and increasing productivity.
  • Assist in securing an office property in QLD, managing leases, contractors, and compliance.
  • Manage property and facilities, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company café, including staffing, supplier relations, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, property law, and food service regulations.
  • Create a functional office environment for staff to work in.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with exposure to property and hospitality.
  • Proven expertise in commercial property search, lease negotiations, and facility management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience in hospitality management, including food service operations.
  • Ability to handle financial budgets, supplier negotiations, and compliance requirements.
