St Ann's Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) supports up to 104 children and is located conveniently in Redbank Plains. We believe every child is unique and learns in their own way. That's why our educators take the time to get to know each child and their family—so we can create meaningful, engaging learning experiences tailored to their interests and needs.

Our program is flexible and child-led, with a strong focus on incorporating children's voices, cultures, and passions into daily activities. We also provide school drop-off and pick-up from St Ann's Primary School each day.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable casual educators to join our team—working both Before School Care (BSC) and After School Care (ASC) shifts. If you're passionate about creating fun, inclusive environments where kids thrive, we'd love to hear from you

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
