WA Mine Hire Pty Ltd are a fast-growing machinery hire company offering a growing range of equipment to service the mining, civil and local industries and their demands.

The Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, WA Mine Hire Pty Ltd are looking for the right candidate to join our management team, based in our Perth office. The right candidate will be working closely with Management to offer market leading plant hire services to our clients nationally.

The position will suit candidates with:

  • Exceptional knowledge in civil earthmoving equipment, civil contractors and upcoming infrastructure projects;
  • Competent computer and reporting skills;
  • Ability to analyse plant hire contracts, terms and conditions;
  • Enjoys dealing with people and resolving problems;

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Develop strategic relationships with clients.
  • Regular site travel is a requirement of this role.
  • Management of Plant Hire projects with specific emphasis on mobilisation, daily operations and oversight of operators' competency.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Extensive knowledge and previous experience in civil earthmoving and construction.
  • Have a network of contacts within the industry.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Ability to develop new client base
