We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to lead our Verandahs, Decking and Carports division. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion; proof that we believe in growing from within.

MyLiving Outdoors is a South Australian family-owned home improvement company specialising in stunning outdoor entertaining areas. We design and build verandahs, decking, carports, pergolas, paving, retaining walls, and outdoor blinds.

What you'll be doing:

Leading, coaching and motivating a tight-knit sales team to hit and exceed targets

Creating a positive, high-performance culture built around energy, accountability and results

Running sales meetings and initiating incentives to drive hype around sales activity

Monitoring performance and implementing smart, data-driven improvements

Working closely with design, marketing and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish
