- Salary MDP-2 $89,253 -$144,291 p.a. + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- Full-time temporary from 2/2/26 - 28/1/29
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Urology Fellow to join our dynamic and supportive team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to provide high-quality care to patients across a broad range of urological presentations. The role offers significant hands-on surgical experience, particularly in high-volume procedures such as ureteroscopy, pyeloscopy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), as well as subspecialty exposure in Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) and uro-oncological surgeries including open partial nephrectomy, laparoscopic nephrectomy, and open radical cystectomy.
As a Urology Fellow, you will play an integral role in the multidisciplinary team, contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, supervising junior medical staff and students, and maintaining strong professional relationships with senior consultants. You'll be encouraged to develop consultant-level expertise in general and subspecialty urology, while also initiating and leading clinical research projects. This is an outstanding opportunity to refine your skills, broaden your surgical experience, and make a meaningful contribution to patient care and clinical education.

Your approach to patient care is compassionate and respectful, underpinned by a commitment to quality improvement and professional development.
MBBS or equivalent degree, registered with AHPRA, with completion of general urological training; early-career consultants preferred
Strong clinical and procedural skills in open and endoscopic urological surgery, with relevant postgraduate experience and examinations completed
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain patient-centred care
Committed to teamwork, continuous quality improvement, and adapting positively to change within a complex healthcare environment
