About the Practice
Our Noosa Civic practice is an established clinic providing premium, up to date best of pet care services. We are a friendly and experienced team of Veterinarians, and Nurses operating amongst the Noosa Shopping Centre. We are proud to offer all things Cat – as we are a gold accredited feline clinic We are a busy practice, with 4 consulting rooms, separate dental theatre, ISO Ward and have access to all the equipment of the Emergency Centre operating right next door to us.
About Your New Role
- Part-time role
- Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
- Performing minor procedures when required
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
- Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
About You
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and min. 2+ years of clinical experience
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in monitoring anaesthesia
- A calm, friendly, team player attitude
- Experience in team-based care advantageous
- Ability to work well autonomously and also within a team environment
