We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Senior Paralegal with strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement to join our Public and General Litigation and Civil Litigation Teams. While this is advertised as a Senior Paralegal, the office currently refers to this role as Managing Law Clerk.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal services as part of the Public and General Litigation and Civil Litigation Teams within the State Solicitor\'s Office.
  • Assist with legal advice, drafting of legal documents, and representation in civil litigation matters as required.
  • Support senior lawyers with research, case preparation, and documentation management.
  • Contribute to maintaining timely, accurate, and efficient legal processes.
