Overview

Driver Safety Facilitator/Driver Trainer (Corporate) – NRMA, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

This is not a full-time role. It is on an as-needed basis dependent on client bookings.

What You'll Do

Deliver low risk driver training workshops and on-road driver training for NRMA's diverse client base. Present 3-hour Road Safety Workshops and on-road practical programs to a range of licensed drivers. Provide training to deliver road safety content and stay up to date with relevant road safety legislation. Report directly to the NRMA Corporate Driver Trainer Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement delivery of NRMA road safety and awareness programs within organisations across NSW and the ACT
  • Maximise the learning experience by delivering a highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshop and on-road training
  • Strengthen the NRMA brand with key stakeholders by providing a high standard of front-line customer service to learners and the industries they are from
  • Deliver high quality experiences for a diverse range of industries and driver needs
  • Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislations concerning the topic matter

  • Ability and willingness to undertake overnight travel to locations out of the greater Sydney area, on occasion
  • Ability and willingness to undertake remote training and connect via Zoom as required would be a bonus
  • Willingness to undertake casual contract work
  • Set up your business under an ACN (Australian Company Number)
Credentials Required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilitation and/or driver training
  • Industry qualified and experienced facilitator/trainers who hold current TAE40116 credentials
  • Ideally applicants would have the following credentials
  • Road Licence Classes LR, MR, HR and HC Licenses
  • TLI41218 - Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics (Driving Instructor)
  • RMS Assessors Credentials or equivalent
