The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Cosmetic Consultant Assistant to join our dynamic team at Luxe Cosmetic Clinic in Chatswood, NSW 2067. As a full-time member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our cosmetic consultants in driving sales and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist cosmetic consultants with client consultations, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, answering enquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage inventory levels
  • Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues
  • Ensure the clinic's appearance and cleanliness are maintained to the highest standards

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in Both English and Mandarin is Essential
  • A keen interest in beauty and cosmetic products, and a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • A positive, energetic, and professional demeanour, with a collaborative team-player attitude
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
