Occupational Therapist – Darwin & Perth

Live Better, Shine Brighter. At Patches, we assess our performance based on the achievement of client goals. We work with disadvantaged youngsters, their families, and recently, elderly Australians, to develop individualized care plans that improve their quality of life.

We are seeking a driven, talented, and fun Occupational Therapist experienced in Functional Capacity Assessments and client-focused care plans. The role initially is based in Darwin, focusing on local clients, with opportunities to expand outreach to remote areas.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans
  • Work with clients to set and celebrate therapy goals
  • Implement and monitor therapeutic activities
  • Adjust treatment plans based on progress
  • Assist clients and families with adaptive equipment and techniques
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • State license to practice
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology
  • Experience with clients of all ages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
