The Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and professional Sales Assistant to support our high-performing sales team based in Castle Hill. This is an on-site, full-time position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Support sales agents with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Coordinate appointments, client meetings, open homes, and inspection logistics
• Maintain CRM data and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist with marketing activities, including listing coordination, signage, and social media support
• Prepare reports, contracts, and promotional materials as required
• Liaise effectively with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders
• Uphold the brand standards of Plus Agency at every client interaction

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Organised, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
• Previous experience in real estate, property, or sales support is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. AgentBox or similar)
• A can-do attitude and professional presentation
• Current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
