To challenge and deliver better solutions to clients who value our expertise and how much we care. And it's worked. Today, we're a market leader in engineering construction and fabrication services, specialising in heavy industrial structural, mechanical and piping (SMP) projects across Australia. We're winning, but we're not sitting back. We've got our eyes on the future, and we're growing and expanding our service offering all the time. 7. Managing all Workshop resources (people, plant & equipment) regarding achieving quality compliances
  8. Actively demonstrating compliance to M2P Safety and Environmental Plans
What you'll bring

Why M2P Engineering?

We've come a long way since starting out in 2017. Right from the beginning, we brought a different approach to engineering construction in the mining, industrial and marine sectors. A better way, built on smarter thinking and real care – about the job, the client and the team. First, we punched above our weight. Now, we're up there, toe to toe with the biggest and oldest in the industry. And we're proud to compete and win.

So, what can you expect from a career with us? Well, it's about three things:

  1. Work. The way it should be. We do so much: engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance … the list goes on. And we do it bloody well. Now, we're expanding into clean energy and investigating other services, which means more opportunities for you to gain experiences and knowledge you won't get elsewhere.
  2. Your career. The way it should be. There's no micromanagement here. At M2P, you can jump in and own it. Get stuck into a variety of interesting work, broaden your skillset, and build a rewarding career for the long run.
  3. A real team. The way it should be. The work we do isn't easy, but we rise to the challenge together. We're mates looking after mates. It's not all hugs and roses, but we take mental health seriously - and when the going gets tough, that's when we step up for you the most.

Ready for your career the way it should be? Get it done at M2P. At M2P, we appreciate the time and effort it takes to apply for a role. That's why we respond to all candidates, regardless of their application outcome. M2P Engineering's success relies on a real team that brings together many different perspectives and experiences.
