Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Integration, and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive innovative solutions and enhance business processes. The shift is day, and no travel is required.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Oversee the integration of various systems using MuleSoft Integration to ensure seamless data flow.
  3. Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize application performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Property & Casualty Insurance projects.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all MuleSoft solutions and integrations.
  6. Ensure the security and scalability of MuleSoft applications through best practices and standards.
  7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations.
  9. Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft technologies and Property & Casualty Insurance.
  11. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
  12. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of MuleSoft solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Have extensive experience with MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Integration, and MuleSoft Application Network.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  4. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  5. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and secure MuleSoft solutions.
  6. Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  8. Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  9. Show experience in project planning and providing accurate development estimates.
  10. Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  11. Exhibit a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  12. Have a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
  13. Show the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
