Our client is seeking a passionate individual who obtains exceptional interpersonal and communication attributes. You will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders whilst managing all inbound customer related inquires. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a solutions-based mindset and enjoy building relationships with new and repeat clients. This is a forward-thinking and dynamic team environment where you will be able to further develop your skill set and progress your career.We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer service-focused person with preferably a graphic design background or print knowledge, to join our incredible team

The role will start as part-time moving towards full-time within a couple of months for the right candidate. This position would be suitable for graduates, someone who may be returning to the workforce or career driven with stability and longevity in mind.

Pleasedo not applyif you arecurrently overseasas we would prefer an immediate start. This is an on-site position based in Dandenong South.

Your position would need you to cater for:

  • First point of contact/customer service
  • Liaising and connecting with new and existing customers
  • Administration including data entry and file attachment
  • Proofreading and attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Excellent Email / online presence and worded articulation
  • Graphic Design skills are highly advantageous
  • Print background is highly advantageous
  • Multitasking and able to work with technology
  • A good foundation in MS Office skills a must
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge highly advantageous (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Team player who is willing to help in other areas of the business without hesitation
  • To succeed you would need to be friendly, respectful, personable and have the enthusiasm to help grow and deliver great outcomes with every contact you make and the existing internal team.
