Area Manager | Peel & Southwest Region

Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail sites, drive team performance, and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of contracted schools across the region. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to influence both daily operations and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and make a difference across the Peel and South West region.
  • Conduct regular visits to stores across the Peel and South West.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for store teams.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and new store setups.
  • Manage store rosters and ensure wage costs remain within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contracted schools through termly visits.
  • Support product development and uniform changes in collaboration with schools.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

About You

You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who thrives on coaching teams, building relationships, and driving operational excellence. You're confident presenting to schools and comfortable with visual merchandising, rostering, and more. Organized, proactive, and professional, you love seeing your region succeed through people development and strategic growth.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Conducting store visits across Peel and South West regions.
  • Leading recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising and store setup.
  • Managing store rosters and controlling wage costs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with contracted schools.
  • Supporting product development and uniform changes.
  • Proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
