Located in the heart of Hobart, this 221-room premium hotel offers an exceptional location, unique design, outstanding service, and an exciting dining concept.

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Manage pick-up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures
• Greet guests warmly as the first point of contact
• Check the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needs
• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages, and equipment efficiently
• Guide guests to their rooms and assist with luggage
• Handle group luggage delivery and collection
• Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or lobby to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Maintain a clean and presentable lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors
• Respond to guest requests and queries with knowledgeable and helpful service

• Energetic, team-focused, and proactive attitude
• Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and listening to their stories
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of computer literacy
• Reliability, good grooming, and attention to detail
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends
• Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
