Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for use of the Accurate Background platforms.
  • Undertake checks and verifications offered by Accurate Background, including individual check types, batch processes, and case management.
  • Ensure accurate information is gathered and efficient record keeping.
  • General back office administrative support including scanning and mail collection.
  • Carry out other duties as required by Accurate Background management.
  • Continually strive to raise the profile and reputation of Accurate Background and its service delivery activities.
  • Assist in developing a positive working relationship between clients and all employees.
  • Ensure that all interface with clients reflects well upon Accurate Background.
Qualifications
  • Experience in case management and administrative tasks where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (in particular Word and Excel).
  • Strong computer skills and problem-solving capability.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of motivation and personal integrity.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to quality improvement and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Commitment to teamwork to help ensure the overall achievement of team goals and objectives.
