We're looking for a Media Assistant to join one of our teams at OMD, one of Australia's top media agencies.

What Do We Do?

At OMD, we help major brands plan and buy media – like TV, radio, online, and more – to connect with their audiences in smart, creative ways. Think of us as the bridge between great ads and the people who see them.

What's a Media Assistant?

This is an entry-level role and a great first step into a career in marketing and advertising.

As a Media Assistant, you'll:

  • Support your team with admin and media bookings
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Stay up to date with media trends and data
  • Build relationships with your team, media reps, and creative agencies
  • Help monitor campaigns and solve issues as they arise

Over time, you'll gain skills and start working directly with clients and media partners. No media experience needed – we'll teach you everything

Who Are You?

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A good communicator and team player
