We're on the lookout for a Power BI Report Developer with hands-on experience in building dynamic dashboards and reports on top of a Databricks-based Lakehouse architecture, using the Medallion (Bronze-Silver-Gold) pattern.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Databricks Lakehouse data.
Leverage the Medallion architecture to build scalable, optimized visualizations.
Write and fine-tune complex SQL queries across large datasets.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to turn business needs into actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across all reporting assets.
Manage row-level security, data refresh schedules, and Power BI workspaces.
Support version control, documentation, and deployment of BI solutions.
Champion best practices in data visualization, UX/UI design, and performance optimization.

What You Bring:

Proven experience with Power BI and Databricks Lakehouse environments.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database concepts.
Familiarity with the Bronze-Silver-Gold data layering approach.
A sharp eye for design and user experience in dashboards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
