The Role
We are seeking an energetic, bubbly, and experienced Venue Manager who focuses on creating a strong team culture that celebrates cultural diversity and is passionate about delivering an authentic and traditional guest experience.
You will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a diverse team, maintaining a culture of excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a fun environment. You will provide ongoing training on product knowledge and establish an effective operational rhythm across the venue.
Our team understands what it takes to deliver unparalleled guest experiences. As we prepare for an exciting new development, we need managers who are:
- Strong operators focused on high standards and exceptional products
- Hands-on and operational
- Experts in stakeholder management
- Responsible for developing staff skills in product knowledge, service, team culture, and guest relationships
- Experienced in managing large teams in high-volume settings; a minimum of 2+ years in hospitality management is essential
