Role Description

Leading Hand (A Grade Electrician)

The Leading Hand provides technical expertise and on-site leadership for electrical projects. They mentor team members, uphold safety standards, and ensure high-quality workmanship that reflects the company's commitment to excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical leadership on job sites
  2. Ensure all electrical work meets or exceeds industry standards
  3. Mentor and guide junior electricians and apprentices
  4. Collaborate with project managers to solve complex electrical challenges

Qualifications

  • Electricity and Electrical Work skills
  • Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical Engineering knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Current A-Grade Electrical License
  • Relevant certification in Electrical Engineering
