Administration Officer - Wollondilly Pre-School
Temporary position - up to 12 months Maternity Leave Relief. 15 hours per week with access to Flex-Time system. Salary commencing from $648.94 per week + 12% Superannuation.
Responsibilities- Work across all administration functions of the Pre-School to collaboratively ensure high quality early childhood education and care is provided to all families.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and/or extensive relevant work experience in a Children's Services environment
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check and Child Protection Certificate or ability to complete course
- Demonstrated communication skills with internal and external customers, building strong working relationships
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply accounting principles and legislation relevant to Children's Services environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining databases, record keeping and accounting (including invoicing and the reconciliation of financial statements)
