Cognizant is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with specialization in Service Now to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Analysis and Planning as well as hands-on experience with Service Now. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business solutions and improvements ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

1. Execute root cause analysis during problematic situations to detect corrective and preventive actions.
2. Prepare technical reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
3. Develop Business case scenarios that meet the real customers need within the scope time and financial frameworks.
4. Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and the knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
5. Assess the risks of various solutions and effectively communicate every scenario to the customer.
6. Closely work with QA team in the understanding of all possible test case scenarios.
7. Perform high-level analysis to determine feasibility the cost benefit of a request product solution and produce required documentation.
8. Identify complex problems and review related information to develop solutions.

1. Prior experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Experience in end-to-end implementation of 2 or more ServiceNow modules.
