About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused individual to join our vibrant and energetic team. You will partner with key stakeholders (builders, suppliers, insurers, and internal team) to ensure claims progress and are completed in a timely manner.

You will take full ownership to work with builders managing repairs on behalf of our clients, focusing on the repair life cycle, high-quality work, and hitting KPIs.

While experience in insurance or claims is preferred, we are open to candidates from construction, property, repairs, warranties, or related fields where transferable skills apply.

Key Requirements
  • Efficient management of assigned claims
  • Understanding of trade reports and builder terminology (highly desirable)
  • Clear and proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Claims/insurance experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
