As a Consultant Solicitor, you will have the freedom to manage your own client relationships, set your fees, and work the hours that suit your lifestyle.

• Experience: At least 4 years post-admission legal experience (required).
• Expertise: Specialization in an area of law that lights you up as a lawyer.
• Autonomy: Ability to manage your own client relationships and handle matters independently.
• Business Development: While we provide substantial BD support, you will need to get comfortable with networking and have the drive to grow your client base.
• Qualifications: Must hold a current Australian practicing certificate with no supervision conditions.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and driven to succeed in a flexible work environment.
