About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and proactiveSocial Media & Marketing Coordinatorto join our team, working across three dynamic venues: Kirra Beach House, Kost Bar & Grill, and Crafty's Sports Bar.

In this role, you'll create engaging visual content, manage social media scheduling, and support the broader marketing team with creative initiatives. You'll work both remotely and on-site to capture content and help bring each venue's brand personality to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics for social media, EDMs, website, and promotional material
  • Manage and schedule social media content across Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Assist in content creation, including capturing and editing short-form videos and Reels
  • Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and ideas
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and messaging
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with basic community management
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas
  • Assist in occasional on-site activations, events, and content shoots

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing or social media role
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Ideal Skills:

  • Experience creating and editing Reels or TikTok content
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • A keen eye for trends, visual storytelling, and brand voice
  • Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a bonus
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
