THE ROLE

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with extensive experience in building quality homes for our customers. In this role, you will manage material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors, overseeing the construction of our quality homes. You will liaise closely with our customers and internal departments to ensure that homes are built to high-quality standards.

Area: Wynnum and Rochdale

Your day-to-day tasks would involve but are not limited to:
  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  2. Monitor work progress and ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards.
  3. Knockdown Rebuild Experience required
  4. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on site.
  5. Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are being followed on site.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities in our scheduling system ClickHomes, progress reports, and inspection records.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  1. A QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders License as a minimum is essential.
  2. Well organized, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, and a high level of integrity.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials.
  5. Strong understanding of HSE requirements and proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential industry.
  6. A carpentry background will be an advantage.
