Employment Status: Contract Term (4 Weeks) with transition to Part Time Role
We're looking for two hands-on, motivated individuals to join our assembly team for an exciting project in Coffs Harbour. This is a 4-week contract with the opportunity to transition into an ongoing, part-time role as Buildonix expands.
About the Role
As part of our assembly team, you'll be working on-site to learn and apply our cutting-edge building system. You'll be involved in:
- On-site assembly of our structures, gaining a deep understanding of the Buildonix building process.
- Hands-on tasks across multiple stages—including framing, roofing, internal and external façades/linings, and internal fit-offs.
- Learning our assembly process to develop a comprehensive understanding of how Buildonix structures come together.
- Working with a team to understand and improve on our strong focus on safety, compliance, and teamwork.
This role is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, has a positive attitude, and is keen to work with new technology in the construction industry.
What We're Looking For
- Two people with a White Card and appropriate insurance (contractor role).
- Some construction experience or familiarity with working on a building site.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow safety procedures.
Opportunities for the Right Candidates
Buildonix is revolutionising the way we construct buildings. Our system is built around precision-engineered components that are hand-assembled on-site, allowing us to deliver high-quality, bespoke designs with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
Our assembly process is fast, straightforward, and safe, eliminating the need for on-site fabrication. This means:
- Safer worksites with reduced risks and a controlled environment.
- Streamlined construction that ensures every structure is built to the highest standard.
- Faster project completion so clients can move into their spaces sooner.
By combining innovative technology with a simple, efficient approach, Buildonix is setting a new benchmark for quality, safety, and speed in the construction industry.
If all goes well during the contract period, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a long-term part-time role (3-5 days per week) in line with workflow requirements. As Buildonix grows, we're looking for people who want to grow with us—learning new skills and becoming key members of our team.
Rates based on experience, with increases over time as you gain experience and develop within the role.
