Responsibilities
  1. No one day is the same…make a real difference to people with a disability on a daily basis.
  2. Take control over your week by autonomously managing clients (assessments, diagnosis, planning & treatments) with a realistic caseload.
  3. Work with a diverse caseload of clients widening your clinical experience and skills.
  4. Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in community environments, focusing on achieving their personal goals.
  5. Collaborate with families, health professionals, educational staff to attain stronger client outcomes.
  6. Deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports.
  7. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to improve outcomes.
  8. Learn and grow in the organisation with a focus on Professional Development and opportunities for progression to senior clinical and management roles.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Are a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist.
  2. Demonstrate initiative in prioritising your workload.
  3. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Build and foster exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders.
  5. Have excellent time management & problem-solving skills.
  6. Are highly motivated to achieve successful outcomes, a positive can-do approach.
  7. Have a Working with Children's Check and NDIS Workers Clearance Check (or willing to attain).
  8. Have a drivers licence and a reliable car.
