About the role

Momentum Group is seeking a competent Maintenance Officer / Handyperson to work across our Anytime Fitness gyms in Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the club with maintenance issues for tenants and the apartment building.
  • Performing general day-to-day repairs within the club, including electrical, painting, plumbing, and basic repairs.
  • Ordering materials and organizing quotations for larger repairs in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Tracing and repairing water leaks both internally and externally.
  • Installing, removing, and replacing appliances as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with commercial buildings and understanding building operations.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, painting, plumbing, and repair work.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of WHS and safe work practices.
  • Willingness to uphold Momentum Group / Anytime Fitness standards.
  • A friendly and professional attitude towards tenants, guests, and staff.
