The Role
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 110–130 properties, supported by a dedicated team including leasing, trust accounting, and administrative staff. You'll have the space to focus on providing quality service — the way it should be done.

What We're Looking For
We're after someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and enjoys building strong, respectful relationships with both landlords and tenants. You'll be confident in handling all aspects of property management while delivering clear, timely communication and reliable service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A current QLD Real Estate Certificate and valid driver's licence

A strong grasp of property management legislation and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A team-first attitude — friendly, professional, and willing to support colleagues

A commitment to delivering service that exceeds expectations
