We are seeking an Inventory & Assembly Support person for a current project at our Adelaide Workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Store Person and/or Trade Assistant.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Inventory Support
  2. Inspect goods on arrival and report discrepancies.
  3. Receipt purchase orders in Oracle upon goods arrival.
  4. Organise and store goods in designated locations.
  5. Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous and fragile items.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe storage environment.
Shipping & ReceivingPrepare and package outgoing goods.Load and unload delivery vehicles.Procurement SupportAssist with preparing procurement documentation such as purchase requisitions.Equipment Operation & Product Assembly SupportPrepare, sort, and deliver materials to the assembly team.Support assembly activities during the build program.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Undertake administrative and project support tasks as needed.Perform all work safely and in compliance with safety standards.

A few things we're looking for:

  • C Class Driver's License (essential)
  • High Risk Forklift License (essential)
  • High Risk Overhead Crane Certificate (preferred)
  • High Risk Dogman's License (preferred)
  • First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit for manual handling and assembly tasks
  • Commitment to safety
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
