Permanent Fulltime, Part-time, and Casual Opportunities

The Salary range is currently $32.25 to $33.31per hour (Qualified). Hourly rate based on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Personal Care workers to assist residents in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs. This role offers variety, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others every day.

In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Provide physical and emotional support to residents who require assistance with daily living tasks, including mobility, meals, and personal care.
• Participate in the development and review of resident care plans.
• Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by Registered Nurse.

What you can bring to the team

As a compassionate natured individual, you are passionate about caring for our seniors. You will enjoy taking time to build relationships with our residents and getting to know them to provide the best possible care. You are a positive, reliable individual who works well with others and are happy to support your fellow team members.

To be suitable for the position, ideally you have:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support/or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week;
• Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.
