We are looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager to join our NSW Team in our New Store

As Store Manager, you will work closely with your Senior Leaders to drive sales, profit, operational performance, and team leadership development goals in line with yd. values. As we continue to grow across Australia and NZ, we're seeking career-driven leaders and brand ambassadors who want to advance with a brand that emphasizes people, personal development, and success.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for delivering consistent sales growth and team performance within your store. You will develop a sales-performance culture that prioritizes an elevated customer experience through CLASS, our selling steps, while promoting team investment, employee engagement, and ongoing growth and development.

People

  • Develop a high-performance culture that promotes team investment, employee engagement, retention, and continuous growth.
Instill a supportive and candid feedback culture focused on recognizing, developing, and elevating your team.Always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, displaying professional etiquette across all communication methods.

Performance

  • Develop a strong sales-performance culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience through the yd. CLASS sales steps.
Drive and maintain sales performance within the store aligned with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs.Regularly analyze sales reports to guide commercial actions that generate sustained traffic increase and sales performance.Execute all VM guides in line with standards, under the direction of the VM Team, to ensure strong commercial implementation.
