Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the electrical construction project, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, safety, and quality. * Drive site safety and compliance through leadership, documentation, and training. * Oversee project schedules, procurement, budgets, labour resourcing and subcontractor management. * Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and attend key site meetings. * Implement quality assurance processes, project reporting, and design reviews. * Ensure all activities align with Star Group's management systems and values. What We're Looking For: * Trade-qualified in Electrical or a relevant construction discipline * Experience in defence or government-related projects (highly regarded) * Expertise in estimating, planning, procurement, and interpreting design documentation Apply now to lead a team that's passionate, collaborative, and committed to outstanding project delivery.
