About the role

We're expanding our capabilities and investing in new build projects as a key growth area. That's why we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to support our on-site project teams in the delivery of our growing portfolio of new build projects. You'll be responsible for:

  • Championing SHAPE's safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirements
  • Managing day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications
  • Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality work
  • Developing and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholders
About you
  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Site Manager with a principal contractor
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy, but not essential)
