Randstad is currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming Customer Service Officer roles across the public sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face channels
  • Respond to enquiries efficiently, resolving issues at the first point of contact where possible
  • Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Escalate or redirect complex queries appropriately
  • Maintain detailed records and manage service requests in a timely manner
  • Process payments and transactions with accuracy and in line with internal procedures
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support continuous service improvement
  • Identify and report on service delivery gaps and improvement opportunities

Proven customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or government settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident problem-solver with a calm and professional approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
