Platypus Shoes is part of the Accent Group, which is the largest footwear group with over 750+ stores, 34 brands, and 30+ online platforms including Glue Store, Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, The Trybe, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, & Nude Lucy.

The role & responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in store with premium products.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Process large volumes of stock.
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders.
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive "CAN DO" attitude at all times to sell to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively.
