As an Employment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing case management services to help participants overcome employment barriers
- Assisting participants to secure sustainable employment and engaging employers through referrals and support
- Supporting both participants and employers throughout employment, including workplace adjustments
- Achieving KPIs with a focus on outcomes and high performance
- Maintaining compliance and effective administration according to Department requirements
- Connecting participants with additional services like training and health support
- Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or related fields are desirable
- Experience in employment services, including barrier management and post-placement support, is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- A team player committed to a positive culture
- Proactive problem-solving skills, especially for supporting people with disabilities
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
