Roles and Responsibilities

This role is in our team which manages the Marketing & Advertising clients.

  • Talent Sourcing: Use various channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and databases to source potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Matching: Match candidates to suitable job vacancies based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate job offers between clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates to quickly fill job openings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have 1-2 years of recruitment experience working in a recruitment agency.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful job placements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to handle multiple job openings and clients simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the recruitment process.
