We're looking for a Full-Time Practice Manager to join our collaborative and supportive team, delivering exceptional service to our local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a high performing team by managing performance and communications to ensure high levels of understanding and best practice.
  • Identify opportunities or skill set gaps to improve practice performance.
  • Lead by example with exceptional dispensing, fashion expertise and patient interaction
  • Maintain professional expertise through continual awareness of technological developments in lenses and contact lenses.
  • Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 + years Practice Management experience – ideally in optical
  • Passion to help others feel the best version of themselves
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with our patients
  • A genuine passion for eye health and patient first care
  • Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
