More About You - Assistant Store Manager

As part of the management team, you will support the Store Manager with daily operations. You will bring confidence, energy, and a passion for customer service, inspiring your team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist and support the Store Manager in all aspects of store management, including:
    • Visual Merchandising
    • Store Administration
    • Training & coaching new team members
    • Delegating & managing the team
    • Providing leadership and guidance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store front
  • Ensure store complies with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Deliver energetic customer service with a sales growth mindset
  • Assist customers and resolve queries professionally and promptlyThe successful applicant will also have:
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to connect positively with customers and team members
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • A friendly, energetic personality
    • A commitment to high-quality customer service
    • A current or willingness to obtain a police check
