About the role

This role is based in western Victoria's fastest-growing inland city, offering easy access to Melbourne, Geelong, and Bendigo. The area features significant heritage buildings and natural landscapes.

As the successful applicant, you will join a dynamic mental health service committed to delivering high standards of treatment and care, with a focus on continual improvement of the clinical environment.

The role involves working across inpatient, community, and consultation liaison teams, providing evidence-based, family-inclusive services within a multidisciplinary framework. Responsibilities include leading clinical care from intake to closure, participating in on-call duties, supervising junior staff and students, contributing to decision-making groups, developing policies and clinical guidelines, and engaging in research activities.
