Your Responsibilities
  1. Perform eye examinations for a broad range and scope of customers, including kids, contact lenses, therapeutics, etc.
  2. Recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
  3. Explain lens technology, features, and benefits, including coatings and extras.
  4. Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of technology.
  5. Work with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximize Eyecare revenue, including technology, labour efficiencies, and Medicare billing.
