About The Role
As a Rental Operations Agent, you'll be involved in all aspects of our operations—from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counterCompleting rental transactions, bookings, and contractsPromoting our products and servicesInspecting vehicles for damage and cleanlinessCleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards

What We're Looking For
A full and valid Australian driver's licenceAvailability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional serviceComfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental informationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Please note : This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
